Question 526941: (1,9); slope 4
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

y = mx+b

9 = 4(1)+b

9 = 4+b

9-4 = b

5 = b

b = 5

So the equation is y = 4x+5
