The "median" of a set of numbers is the middle number, so put your ten numbers in numerical order, from smallest to largest, then find the middle number.
185, 195, 196, 230, 245, 251, 264, 304, 310, 315.
Notice that you have an even number of numbers so there is no single middle number. In this case, you select the two middle numbers, add them and divide by two.
The two middle numbers are: 245 and 251. Add 'em up to get 496. Now divide by 2 to get 248.
The median is 248.
