  sqrt%283x%2B4%29+%2B+3%2F2+=+3+

  sqrt%283x%2B4%29+=+3%2F2+   | 3 - 3/2 = 3/2

          3x+ 4 = 9/4

          3x = 9/4 - 16/4

          3x = -7/4

           x = -7/12

CHECKING our Answer***

  sqrt%28-7%2F4+%2B4%29+=+3%2F2

  sqrt%289%2F4%29+=+3%2F2
