Question 427576: When plotting graft please explain what coordinates are?
Answer by shree840(260) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Coordinates are referencing to x and y positions or horiz0ntal aand vertical positions. Remember we start at 0,0. horizontal is x axis. vertical is y axis.
By these coordinates we tell you exactly where the point is. It is like going to a movie theatre. They tell you go down to b row and seat no 13. So x=13 and y=b's position.
