Plot a point (1,2) on the coordinate system, then use slope to get the second point. So from (1,2) you woul dgo 2 points up and 3 points to the right. That would be your next point. Connect the dots.
y-2=2/3(x-1)
y=2x/3-2/3+2
y=2x/3+4/3
