2+4i/3-i
(2 + 4i)/(3 - i), need to multiply top and bottom by conjugate of denominator,
and use FOIL (First Outer Inner Last to multiply), i^2 = -1
(2 + 4i)(3 + i) = 6 + 2i + 12i + 4i^2 = 6 + 14i - 4 = 2 + 14i
(3 - i)(3 + i) = 9 + 3i - 3i - i^2 = 9 + 1 = 10
(2 + 14i)/10 = 1/5 + (7/5)i in standard form
