forward distance to mill park ---- x-4 miles

return speed = 7 mph

return time -time to go to mill park = 1 hour

..
x/7-(x-4)/8 =1
(8x-7(x-4))/56=1
8x-7x+28=56
x=56-28
x=28 miles return distance
forward distance = 28-4 = 24 miles

28/7 + 24/8 = 7 hours
