Let t be number of P20 bills.
Let f be number of P50 bills.

t = f+4
20t+50f = 500
----
Substitute for "t" and solve for "f":
20(f+4) + 50f = 500
20f + 80 + 50f = 500
70f = 420
f = 6 (# of P50 bills)

Since t = f+4, t = 10 (# of P20 bills)
