This is equal to 6 - 44
which is equal to -38. When you multiply two square roots by another, the root cancels out so, you are left with the number under the square root.
sqrt6 x sqrt6 = 6
2sqrt11 x -2sqrt11 = 4(11) = -44
So, the answer is -38.
