1.70=.05n+.10(n+2)
1.70=.05n+.10n+.20
1.70-.20=.15n
.15n=150
n=1.50/.15
n=10 number of nickels.
10+2=12 number of dimes.
Proof:
1.70=.05*10+.10*12
1.70=.50+1.20
1.70=1.70
