I'm assuming these numbers need to be integers.
Since y is squared, you want y to be as large as possible.
The smallest, non-zero value for x and z to have so that y can be maximized is 1.

I've no idea where to post this but Fombitz's answer is wrong. P is at a maximum at x = 8, y = 16 and z = 8.
