Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
w^3-w / w^3+5w^2-6w
w(w^2-1)/w(w^2-5w-6)
w(w+1)(w-1) / w ( w-6)(w+1)
cancel the common terms
w-1/w-6
