The quickest way to graph a line is to find the intercepts.
To find the x-intercept, set y=0 and solve for x.




(5/3,0)
To find the y-intercept, set x=0 and solve for y.



(0,5)
Plot those points and graph the first line.

To find the x-intercept, set y=0 and solve for x.



(-2,0)
To find the y-intercept, set x=0 and solve for y.

From looking at the graph, it's apparent that the intersection point is (1,2).
