If y=0, then 3x = 15, so x = 5

y-intercept:
If x= 0, then -5y = 15, so y = -3

First solve for y, when x = 0
3(0)-5y=15
-5y=15
y=-3

y = 0
3x-5(0)=15
3x=15
x=5
