Average = (sum of ages/10)
19*10 = original sum of ages
-----------------------------
New average = (new sum of ages/9)
19.5*9 = new sum of ages
--------------------------------
Old sum = 190
--
New sum = 19.5*9 = 175.5
------------------------------
Age of the missing person = 190-175.5 = 14.5
