write the point slope form of the equation for (0,5); (0,-1)
well point slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1) and we have two points. So all we have to do is find the slope between the two points and plug into the formula.
m = y2-y1/x2-x1 = -1-5/0-0 = undefined. So we know this is a vertical line though the point x = 0 because vertical lines have undefined slopes.
