Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4x^2+17=15
Subtract 15 from both sides to get:
4x^2+2 = 0
Divide thru by 2 to get:
2x^2 + 1 = 0
Factor:
2(2x^2 + 1) = 0
2x^2 = -1
x^2 = -1/2
x = [sqrt(2)/2]i or x = -[sqrt(2)/2]i
=============================================
x/2=8
x = 16
------------------
10d^4g^2/20dg^4
Reduce:
d^3/2g^2
================
For function f(x)=x+5/x-2 find: f(0),f(-1),f(-2),f(1),and f(3)?
f(0) = (0+5)/(0-2) = 05/2
f(-1) = 4/-3
f(-2) = 3/-4
f(1) = 6/-1
f(3) = 8/1
