sqrt(14/sqrt7) multiplying top and bottom by sqrt7 we get sqrt(14(sqrt7)/7.. write 14 as 2*7 and the 7 cancel each other so you end up with sqrt(2(sqrt7) or (2(sqrt7))^(1/2)
