The "trick", of course, is to group terms together so you can factor them:
Looking at:
6wy - 2xy + 9bw - 3bx
You could group them thus:
(6wy - 2xy) + (9bw - 3bx)
.
Now, for each group pull out the common factor:
2y(3w - x) + 3b(3w - x)
.
Now, look for common factors for the entire expression:
(3w - x)(2y + 3b)
