[x/(x^2 - 16)]/[x^3/(x^2 - 14*x + 40)]
=[x(x^2-14*x+40)]/[x^3(x^2-16)]
=[x(x-10)(x-4)]/[x^3(x+4)(x-4)]
=(x-10)/[x^2(x+4)]
