I came up with this y-6=0x-0
but I know this can not be right!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! The slope, m, is 0, which means it's parallel to the x axis. It passes thru (0,-6), so y = -6.
That's all, y = -6. No matter what x is, y will be -6.
