1.5ml/min*20gtts/ml=30 gtts/min.Get the units right and everything else follows.
The last part isn't clear--It would require an IVs of the above q12h.What I don't understand is if it comes in 500 mg, you need 4 of them a day, undiluted. This looks like it would be 2 of them diluted each with 10 ml water, but as I said, it is not clear to me.
