2*pi*h = 135
:
135 is half of 270, therefore:
Vol = twice curved area
pi*r^2*h = 2(2*pi*r*h)
pi*r^2*h = 4*pi*r*h

Divide both sides by pi*r*h
r = 4

2*(22/7)*4*h = 135
(176/7)h = 135

Multiply equation by 7
176h = 945
