K = C + 273
C = (5/9)(F-32)
so by substituting the RHS of the 2nd equation for C in the first:
K = (5/9)(F-32) + 273
K = (5F+2297)/9
Solving for F in terms of K:
F = (9K-2297)/5
Temperatures in Kelvin are just stated as such (i.e. "273 Kelvin" is the same as "100 degrees Celsius." Kelvin is an absolute temperature scale).
