A. Ashley is younger than the president but older than the treasurer.

Ashley is either the VP or Secretary since we now know she is not the President or the Treasurer.

B. Brianna and the Secretary are both same age, and they are the youngest members of the group.

We now know Ashley cannot be the Secretary since (A) said Ashley was neither the youngest nor oldest member. With (A), we also know that Ashley is either the VP or the Secretary. Since we now know Ashley cannot be the Secretary, that only leaves VP. So, Ashley is the VP.

We now also know that Brianna is not the Secretary because (B) mentions "Brianna and the secretary", meaning they are different people. We also know she's not the VP (because Ashley is). So, Brianna is either the President or the Treasurer. From (A), we know the President is not the youngest because it said Ashley was younger than the President. In (B), we found out that Brianna was the youngest (along with the Secretary). Since the President is not the youngest, and Brianna is the youngest, that means Brianna is not the President. That only leaves Treasurer. So, Brianna is the Treasurer.

C. Tyler and the secretary are next-door neighbors.

Tyler is either the President or the Secretary (since VP and Treasurer have already been determined.) Since Tyler and the Secretary are next-door neighbors, obviously Tyler is not the Secretary. That means Tyler is the President.
