West, when superimposed on a polar coordinate system is at 270°. So the air velocity vector in polar coordinates is . Converting to rectangular coordinates:



S75°W is the same as W15°S, so the polar coordinates of the ground velocity vector are , so the rectangular coordinates are:



The sum of the air velocity vector and the wind vector is the ground velocity vector, therefore the wind vector is the air velocity vector minus the ground velocity vector. Just do the arithmetic.
