            The problem formulation is  HEAVILY  INCORRECT.


One part of the condition says that the cost of materials and the labor are  7x  and  13x  respectively,
where x is their common measure,  a positive value.

The other part says that the cost of materials  (7x)  is  840  MORE  than that of labor  (13x).


            It can not be so,  BECAUSE  it can  NEVER  be so.


Twice;  no,  THRICE  check your post;  find the error;  then fix it.

Only after that you can re-post to the forum.
