You don't tell us what angle is missing, or what "x" is....
With a right triangle with one leg 8 and hypotenuse 15, the two angles are sin^(-1)(8/15) and cos^(-1)(8/15).
If x is the measure of one of the angles, you can answer the question. If it is the length of a side, you can't, because no lengths are given.
