Part a.

19mg every 6 hours
times 4 = 76mg every 24 hours (every day)
times 7 = 532mg per week

532mg / 13.5mg per tablet = 39.4 tablets per week

ANSWER part a: 39 13.5mg tablets in a week

Part b.

39.4 13.5mg doses per week (from part a), times 8ml per 13.5mg dose (from part b):
39.4*8 = 315.2ml

ANSWER part b: 315ml in a week
