3 blue, 7 green
probability both are blue is 3/10 *2/9=6/90, or 1/15
probability both are green is 7/10*6/9=7/15
The sum is 8/15
probability of the first blue is 3/10. Once that has been removed, there are 2 blue and 7 green left, so it is a probability of 2/9.
