Picking 5 cards from a deck of 52 cards, without replamente, is like making a committee of 5 members out of 52 total members.
Total Number of Committes = = 2,598,960.
As you have 4 eigths and 4 queen, your committe must have 2 of the first category and 3 of the second category (and 0 of the rest which is 52-4-4 =44 cards).
Using the Multiplication principle:
working Committees =
P() = Working Committees/ Total Committees = 24/2,598,960 = 1/108,290
