Using the new area, what is the price of the lot if it was sold at $5000 per sq. meters? how much does each heir will receive if heirs one, two, three and four will be receiving 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% respectively?

New dimensions are (L+5)(W-2)=3W^2-21
But L still equals 3W
(3W+5)(W-2)+3W^2-21
3W^2-W-10=3W^2-21
