 b is at (4,3)
The slope of the line is 1/2
the point slope formula is y-y1=m(x-x1). m is the slope, (x1,y1) the coordinates of the point. Put everything together.
y-3=(1/2)(x-4)
B.

you have two points:
=(,)
=(,)
so, slope of the line through the points (, ) and (,) is
The "point-slope" form of the equation of a straight line is:
where and are the coordinates of A or B
we using this formula, when we know:
one point on the line->in your case =(,)
and the slope of the line ->in your case
then we have
so, answer is B.)
