Question 1035541: If f(x)=4x to the 2nd power -6x+5 how can I find f(3)?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x) = 4x^2 - 6x + 5

f(3) = 4(3)^2 - 6(3) + 5 ... replace every x with 3

f(3) = 4(9) - 6(3) + 5

f(3) = 36 - 18 + 5

f(3) = 18 + 5

f(3) = 23
