I don't understand the question.
20 and 21 are both factors of perfect squares:
Factors Perfect Square
20*20 = 400
21*21 = 441

n = -20.

Then n+20 = 0 and n+1 = 1 are perfect squares of natural numbers "0" and "1" respectively.
