Let R be the region bounded by the x axis and the graph of y = tan x on the closed interval [0, pi/4]. Use the "disk method" to find the volume of the solid formed when R is revolved about the x axis. Evaluate the integral.

V=PI×INTREGAL FROM 0 to PI/4 (tg^2(x)dx).
Tg^2(x) = 1 - sec^2(x).
So the anti-derivative= x - tg(x).
So V = PI×( PI/4 -tg(pi/4) - (0 - tg(0)) =(Pi^2 -4×Pi)/4 cubic units.
