Question 89110: The equation y = 10x – 100 describes the amount of money a class of students might earn from candy bar sales. What are the slope and y-intercept of this line?
I thought it would be on the graph plotted as (-10,0)then (1,10) the slope is 10/1 but I am not sure. This shows 10x as earning 10 off of each 100 sold, thus meaning 10/1 slope. Is this right?
