You can put this solution on YOUR website!
X has 180 more than Y

when 60 leave Y, X will have 240 more than Y (because Y got smaller by 60)

when 60 go to X, X will have 300 more than Y (because X got bigger by 60)

X has 300 more than Y and is 4 times as large (the same size PLUS 3 times more)

3 times is the 300 __ one times is 100 __ so Y is 100 after losing 60

Y is initially 160 __ X has 180 more, so X is initially 340
