the two sizes don't have the same aspect ratio
(5/8)*8=5 ... (5/8)*10=50/8=6 1/4
a setting of 160% will take 5 to 8 and 6 1/2 to 10.4
154% (approx) will take 6 1/2 to 10 and 5 to 7.7
you have to decide ... probably based on paper size

you are making 1 dimension 8/5 larger.
if you made 6.5 8/5 larger you would get 10.4" instead of 10"
There is no percentage that you can set your printer to that that will do it.
8x/5=10...x=10*5/8=6.25 if you crop the picture to 5" x 6.25" then if you enlarged it 60% (or 1.6 times) it would be perfect.
