Trick question... you would *think* the answer would be 25, right?

Let's say that item B is 100 [using 100 makes it easy, and I'm all for easy!]
If item A is 25% less than B, then it is 100 - (.25*100), or 75.
Now work backward to find the other percentage.
100 is x percentage of 75.
100 / 75 = 1.33, or 33% more than 75.
