This depends on what constitutes as an 'A' and 'A-' in your school. The lowest average you can get to make an 'A' in my district is a 95. This is the numerical value I used to calculate what your average should be, if you get an 'A' on an exam that is worth 15% of your grade.
The best way to explain this is to look at it in this manner:
Your total grade is out of 100%. Your final is worth 15% of this grade, and your class marking period grade is worth 85%.
That means we will multiply your marking period average (85.2%) by 17 (17 is 85% of 20-working with smaller numbers like this is easier, and works out to the same answer), then multiply your desired final grade (95%) by 3 (15% of 20), and add these two values together. Dividing by 20, your average comes out to be 86.67% for the class; this would constitute as a 'B' in my district.
