I tried in a spreadsheet but I only have the 15% "dissatisfaction" output not the "reverse".

if no issues, will be % satisfactorily handled
if were unsatisfactorily handled, means out of is % were unsatisfactorily handled
subtract % and you will arrive at the answer that helpdesk met % satisfaction
