The number that is 400 percent greater than 15 is what percent greater than 150 percent of 30?
The answer is 66 2/3%.

The number that is 400 percent greater than 15 is 15 + 15*4 = 75
------------
what percent greater than 150 percent of 30?
150% of 30 = 1.5*30 = 45
--------
75 = 45*(5/3) which is 2/3 greater than 45
2/3 = 66 2/3%

It's a good demonstration that 4 times greater = 5 times as great. They're sometimes misunderstood, thought to be the same.
