What average score will Jessica need on the final 2 tests to bring his average to 80%
:
This means he will have a total of 6 tests
Let x = average grade on the final two tests
:
= 80
multiply both sides by 6
4(72) + 2x = 6(80)
288 + 2x = 480
2x = 480-284
2x = 192
x = 192/2
x = 96% av on the last two tests
