Let x = the minimum score needed on the last test to get a C.
If 70% is considered a C grade, then
Average grade = 0.7 = (0.65+0.57+0.8+0.8+x)/5
Solve for x:
3.5 = 2.82 + x
x = 0.68
Therefore, the minimum grade is 68%.
