You can put this solution on YOUR website! from 52 to 472 is an actual increase of 420.
Percentage-wise, we ALWAYS use the ORIGINAL. Here, the original file size was 52. So fractional increase is 420/52
Therefore, the percentage increase is (420/52)*100 --> 807.69%
--> 808%... answer C
