yeah your on the right track. move the percentage over two decimals so it looks like this. (this is the same thing as dividing it by 100)
23% = .23
then times 57 by .23
57 x .23 = 13.11
so 13.11 is your answer.
simple as that
(I find that moving the decimal over two places instead of dividing it by 100 makes things ALOT easier!!!)
