ok
if you got this
A is B of C
we know A=B*C
so ...
A) __ is 25% of 40 --> __ = (25%)(40) = 10
B) 25 is __% of 40 --> 25 = (__%)(40) --> __% = 25/40 = 5/8
.. --> __ = (5/8)*100 = 125/2 = 64.5
C) 25 is 40% of __ --> 25=(40%)(__) --> __=25/(40%)=25/.40=125/2=64.5
