GIVEN THE AHGLE MEASUREMENT OF THE PIE WEDGE DIVIDED BY 360=THE % OF THE PIECE TO THE WHOLE PIE.
eXAMPLE:
IF THE ANGLE IS 72 DEGREES THEN
72/360=.2 OR 20% OF THE PIE.
115/360=.31944 OR 31.94% OF THE PIE.
205/360=.56944 OR 56.944% OF THE PIE.
