In real life,  nobody and never uses percentage figures more than  200%  to describe real situation.


            Surely,  in that my statement I mean adequate people in healthy mind.


Every human language has other,  mode adequate tools and means to express it.


So,  using percentage figures more than  200%  is the scholastic exercises,  that have no any relations to real life.
